Beautiful house in a quiet and beautiful area. Well equipped and comfortable, great for long or short stays.
Very well kept, new & nice and cozy designed. Nice bathrooms. Especially the master bedroom. Lots of storage place A little strict contract needed to be signed and a 500$ charge if you loose the keys (I guess the pool keys which is in a public area nearby) since the house is accessible with a code... I can understand the worries if people don't take enough care of the house (which is reall amazing) but I think it has to be written before booking that you need to sign a contract. And the 500$ for a lost key it's exagerated

I LOVED this place!
The best:
-Clean
-Quiet!
-Great appliances
-HUGE bathroom
-Comfortable bed
-extra comforter if you’re cold natured like me!
The Good:
-Safe
-Easy to access
-Lots of parking
-Convient to a lot of Franklin, especially Trader Joe’s and a Starbucks less than 5min away!
Good to note:
-If you’re a scalding hot showerer, the water temperature may leave something to be desired, but that’s not the hosts’s fault.
-The fire alarms in the building are incredibly sensitive, and if someone sets one off it’ll beep for a WHILE. If this type of thing can bug you, or you have a kiddo who won’t sleep through it, that may be an issue. I had no problem tuning it out with white noise.

This is an adorable neighborhood in a great location! The check-in process is a little lengthy with what felt like some unnecessary steps, but overall we enjoyed our quick stay at Leigh’s place. The house is beautiful!

The house is very beautiful and spacious. I definitely loved the kitchen. I was able to prepare several recipes for my girlfriend. I also really enjoyed the main bathroom. The pictures did not do the place justice, and it looked even better in person. There wasn't a thing we didn't enjoy about the stay.

Wow! This home is STUNNING! Everything was brand new and the location was everything! Gorgeous views of the Smoky Mountains in every room! We have stayed at all the high end resorts in the area and they don’t even come close to how gorgeous this home is and how well designed it is! We will be back again! Found the perfect romantic getaway at this exquisite lake house! My boyfriend and I spent a wonderful week here, and it exceeded all expectations. The balcony quickly became our favorite spot - perfect for intimate breakfast moments overlooking the lake while sipping our morning hot cocoa lol.
The master bathroom is truly spa-like luxury - that freestanding soaking tub was by far a favorite especially in the cold winter. And the stunning glass shower with blue-grey tiles created such a serene atmosphere. The attention to detail in the bathroom alone, from the sleek black fixtures to the modern tile work, made every morning feel like we were at a high-end resort.
The open-concept living area with its beautiful brick fireplace and comfortable seating was perfect for cozy evenings together.
Even though we visited in winter, it was an absolutely magical stay. Can't wait to return in summer when we can fully enjoy the lake activities! This was such a perfect place for a romantic week.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Winchester. The house is located in a quiet, gated community and is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The host, Leigh, was great. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. She was always available to answer any questions we had.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful setting. We would definitely rent from Leigh again!

Our family had an Amazing time during our stay at this beautiful home! The home is absolutely perfect with lots of great spaces to socialize, play games, dine or just get some needed rest! The Owner, Leigh, was always very prompt in responding and friendly in all of my communications with any questions! This lakeside community is private and feels very safe. We visited in the Fall, so didn’t get the opportunity to use the community pool or take advantage of all of the lake activities that were available. There was plenty to do within the nearby towns of Winchester, Lynchburg and Sewanee. We highly recommend this as a vacation rental for any family!

The home is gorgeous! Leigh thought of everything! My kids are all grown, but any family with young children will appreciate all of the baby gear that is provided! We would definitely book here with Leigh again!
